When Enhancement Cores were attached to infusion at the beginning of Forsaken it was a big disappointment. Its been band-aid solution after band-aid solution and this latest one is almost laughable. How is this (Gunsmith Bounties) different than what they've already done? Fine, keep the Enhancement Cores in the game but only tie them to Masterworking weapons and gear. To me, customizing my Guardian(s) is one of the most enjoyable aspects of the game. I should say it was my favorite part of the game. Now I spend my time hunting the cores so I can do it. Not fun. Might be time to walk away from this game for a while. Gunsmith Bounties are not an acceptable solution.

Bungie are just plain incompetent at this point, you may be better off directing your feedback to someone like Unkown player or Datto or the likes. Maybe just slip in a D2 feedback request amongst the video replies for example ;)

I would also give you incentive to MW armor again. I didn't even bother with my 650 BA set because I knew I would just have to bring it all up to 700 again and who knows what the new meta might have been. There is just no incentive to play this game to the fullest anymore because too much is rendered subpar at the end of each season.

7 months bungie (and these dumbass defending this terrible system) haven't taken into account the terrible weapon and armor loadout that come from this system, 7 months they haven't realised players don't want to wear terrible looking armor with bad stats to bump up there light, .....7 months power chasing/infusion/wall/ repeat. Ffs

Even if they remove them completely from the game they will just start bitching about something else

Because masterwork and infusion have nothing to do with each other.

Or you could just not infuse until you are max light? Use whatever gear you want and keep the highest lvl item in your sub slots and discard when you get a higher lvl item. No point in infusing

I have a feeling they are going to announce the removal of them in the twab.
