Infinite melee to Over powered? Is it considered an exploit?

Actually it seems like they nerfed it recently. At least the auto lock on. I have missed more shoulder charges in the las 2 weeks than in the last 3 months.

Titans need to have at least 1 good exotic (even if it's only good in PvE against trash mobs).
