Anyone else get the Outlast pulse rifle?
Having some issues figuring out how to use it. It has so many low stats!

1 ReplyIt depends if you like pulse rifles. The few I got are alot better than the previous weapons in the 540 rate of fire archytype. The are good weapons but they aren't very forgiving.
