A small change needs to happen for the pursuits category. I saw several plays lost a quest because there pursuits were full. Why isnt the pursuits a separate category..it should be next to triumphs or part of it and it should never run out of pace. There has to be a better way

11 RepliesConsumables as well. Why are planetary materials consumables? Why are faction rally tokens consumables?
-
Yeah bounties and quests need separate space. Total aids.

2 RepliesEdited by Ant Heuser Kush: 3/17/2019 7:50:48 PMLol. My top row is full of unfinished exotic quest. Yes, I have that many; I could only imagine if I went after pinnacle weapons... I'd have two rows of unfinished progress.

True, it should never happen, and it wouldnt if people actually did bounties/quests instead of just holding them. There is no reason to be holding that many bounties/quests that your pursuits tab is full. And this is coming from a guy that holds enough completed bounties to cash in at reset for petra and ada (used to have them for hawthorne too) every week. There are some things that need an increase in space (vault and the tab below pursuits), but the pursuit tab isnt one of them.

1 ReplySo true...first it was vault space now it’s pursuit space

I agree. NPCs hand out quests left and right and Bungie keeps adding more and more quests as you work through activities. Plus those little blue Enhancement Core Bounties that just pop up out of nowhere. I was surprised when I loaded in one day to fill up on Bounties and ran out of room because quests I had deleted had reappeared. Also these 7 day and longer Bounties take up a good amount of space as well. Plus there are time-gated quests you have to hold on to, and then quests that you can’t get back if you delete them. Quests and Bounties should be separated. At first I liked it when grouped them together, but now there’s just too much.

1 ReplyIt's pretty crazy how fast they build up. I generally am able to keep a handle on it, but I do get surprised on occasion when I'm unable to pick one up.
-
how does one even get full pursuits - mind boggling.
-
1 ReplyWhile I think the inventory for bounties could be increased, most only last 24 hours. If I'm jumping into Gambit then I'll pick up the bounties and jump in and clear most of them in one or two games, same with strikes or crucible. It wouldn't hurt to increase the inventory but it isn't really necessary either
-
I still don't know why the quest log was taken away.
-
1 ReplyI dont see how someone can have a full pursuits tab, not know it, then try to pick one up and lose it. If there are a bunch of unclaimed and completed bounties, that's on the player.
-
I'd like to delete the Black Armory key box on 2 of my characters but for some reason it isn't an option.
-
They should just make bounties have their own category. Easy peasy they should be all cluster -blam!-ed together
-
Well, with the addition of these synths my inventory is constantly full. - I have saved some iron banner and faction tokens, but I can't put them in the vault - I have a huge pile of resonate stems, but can't discard them nor put them in the vault. What else should I do with it? I already have found all 40 frequencies. - In my opinion the Five of Swords challenge card should be under pursuits, or even better just integrate it in the director. - Suggestion: Make a new tab Materials or Redeemables. Materials aren't consumables.

9 RepliesWhy keep those you clearly aren't planning to finish by now?

Mine is never full. Seems like user error to me.
-
It’s like they didn’t think any of this through. Pursuits, consumables, mods, shaders are usually full. Then something goes missing how many times has this happened and they still don’t account for it. I’ve got tons of extra tokens, weapon parts, materials, and what not in my vault because of their poor planning.
-
Yeah happened to me! Surely they could be doubled! Half of them are full with semi completed weapon steps. Plus all the billions of bounties we need to complete to progress those weapon bounties.
-
Bring back quest page
-
1 ReplyNot to detract from the issue but if your pursuits are full that means you're holding on to quests you have no intention of ever doing. If that's the case get rid of them.
-
It should be next to bounties in the same screen. So we can separate the two.
-
I once accidently had a full pursuits and one of the quest/ bounty ended up at the post master. Just recently I deleted an exotic quest on another character cuz I already finished it and I still can find that exotic quest from the quest giver. Just a heads up that those things can end up at the post master or the quest givers.

2 RepliesMy top row of pursuits is pretty much dominated right now by pinnacle weapons quests (and it will be for most of the season... And next season there will be new pinnacle weapons quests... Plus any that I haven't finished by then) and so it's gradually taking up more and more of the screen. Mine is usually tough to manage too because I'm storing dailies for Dreaming City and Black Armoury to claim them for the Weekly Bounty after reset. Now, I expect some people will say I shouldn't be doing that however I don't really see why I should be constrained; I'm trying to maintain three characters and I only have so much time to play for Powerful Gear on each of them. This wouldn't be such a problem if Bungie moved away from the milestone system for levelling up, of course, so it's promising to have recently seen comments from Cozmo (I think? Might have been DMG) about that exact feedback. Then you've got things like "A Small Gift" (the cat mints) and Rasputin keys (both blue and green), Ballistics Logs and now the Synthesiser for Gambit Prime all clogging it up too. No doubt there'll be something similar to add to it next season too. TLDR: We either need separate sections for weapon quests and stuff and then a separate section for the bounties OR we need Bungie to move away from milestone system for leveling up (that would be my preference because then if I wanted to grind for hours in Gambit/Crucible/Strikes then I could do that without feeling like I had to always do a little of everything to progress).

4 RepliesA good question to ask as well is why are your pursuits full to begin with? I usually finish up a load of them before grabbing new ones, so I'm not trying to be a "troll" by asking this. I've just never even come close to full pursuits...
-
Agreed, Should not be treated similarly to consumables.
