Bungie need to nerf the duration on spectral blades and fix that bullsh*t where even if you are above the spectral blades it still hits you

There's been times where i've blinked away from a spectral, safely made it from Point A to Point B and spectral blades somehow still got me from where i was as opposed to where i am.
