It's beyond irritating at this point, i played a lobby the other day where 7/12 people were using spectral blades, after the first 2 and a half minutes in, i got my Spectral up and after that it was literally popped every minute and a half for the rest of the match.
Step into comp and you can tell which team is going to win simply by checking which team has more Spectral Blades and Super Mods equipped. I main a warlock and literally only use a hunter for competitive so that i'm not at an automatic disadvantage to the other team. The super is WAY too dominant and promotes a 0 risk maximum reward playstyle which is the bread and butter of every Hunter main.

Agree 110% man, and I’m one of the rare hunters that doesn’t use spectral blades at all in pvp. I hate using weapons or abilities that are cheap and get me kills easily. I have a high risk high reward type play style (hit and run tactics so to speak).i feel that should be the bread and butter of a hunter. Aggressive play styles, but excellent at escaping bad situations.

U just sounds like a guy that doesn't know how to run from a SB your probably the guy who tries to shoot it and it just kills you wow and also hammer of sold so the best roaming super in the game SB only comes in second

Here's an edit i did a while back. Notice how nobody comes close to shutting me down while i'm in Spectral Blades meanwhile i solo a bunch of Titan Supers with a shotgun. https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x70ngc6

Edited by Madness Tus: 3/17/2019 1:29:46 PMDoesn't change the fact that the super needs a reduction in duration and in resistance and it will cause Bungie already working on a way to nerf it

If you main warlock, just throw on slova bomb or chaos reach (with geomags) as a shutdown super
-
That's generally what i do but when i have one novabomb and the enemy has 5 spectrals, it doesn't make a slight difference.

Makes sense

Use a super that you can easily run away from or another super you can easily sidestep to the left or right of? lol Those are not solutions. Any hunter with half a brain could evade both of these examples without any harm. Next.
