I feel you on that man. I'm 18 and have been battling depression for about a decade now. I have problems expressing my feelings to people and being personal. So I have holded in a lot of things in life. I take medicine but it doesn't seem to help and has made things worse for me. I've lost people because of it. And i have problems expressing why it happened. That just made things worse for me. There's many of us with the same problems. One of my favorite games is warframe and theres a saying in it that is very inspiring. We all lift together. Ok that was kinda cheesy but people like us need to stay together and help each other out. Which is great to see many doing that right now. Anyway, hope you get better man.
