All 50 Reach Ranks - Your Opinions
So what do you think about the Halo Reach ranks?

Personally i don't see anybody getting inheritor untill 2012 unless bungie have some sort of credit boosting playlist, such as double cR weekend, or more valuable challeneges and commendations.
20,000,000 is ALOT of credits to obtain. That said, General rank requires 2,000,000 which is not to bad and will be what most people will be happy with.

I like it because it rewards the truly hardcore halo fans. Instead of having every other person being top rank ( MW2 anyone?), it rewards the most elite and dedicated halo players.

It is what it is. I personally like the new ranking system, because there is no longer any pressure. You just play the game and you earn credits, simple as that.

They are definitely challenging, but I think they are cool for the most part. The images remind me of some seen in H2 once you reached some of the highest levels. ~Hawk

I hate them, all they are is a stupid way for Bungie to keep their beloved casuals playing. They require way too much time investment and are a poor representation of skill.

umm..no rank you have to first unlock pilot helmet at rank commander and then to unlock the skull you must buy every helmet in the game...

There is no way that anyone with a sliver of a life is going to make the top ranks, even with bungie's "Challenges". The most i've seen offered from a challenge is 4000cr and thats not gonna get us to any 20,000,000+ anytime soon.

Could be wrong about the rank but I'm fairly sure you just need all of the helmets.

Hopefully there'll be some insanely cool armor unlocks for the insanely high levels. Or is everything we've seen for sure everything you can unlock?

If you're a person that gets paid to test video games and Halo Reach happens to be on your list of games to play for more than a month, then I hate you as you get to play 8 hours of Halo and get $$$ for it... basterds.

Rumor has it you make more points a game the higher the rank you are, which would make sense.. Especially when the Warrant Officer Rank took forever, but the Lt. Col. Ranks didn't take much time at all (Even though they generally are the same amount of points) Also I've noticed a slight increase in the amount of points I get per game, even when on the losing team.. Just a thought..
