Can the fated engram drop Lord of wolves or queenbreaker?
I've yet to find either.

LoW doesn’t drop randomly, or comes from Spider Bounties fyi

No. It only contains Year 1 Exotics. However Bungie did indicate that there is a plan to include the Year 2 Exotics in the near future.
