Since their nerfing, all of the bite and all of the certainty has been taken out of the Shards and how they work. I can cast Blade Barrage at a single boss, and barely get any super energy back. I can cast Blade Barrage at a metaphorical tsunami of enemies (you know the one, from the boss room of Hallowed Lair strike), kill a bunch of things, generate 7 orbs of light, and get literally no super energy from that? I have cast Blade Barrage at like 3 orange health enemies, and have gotten anywhere from half, an 8th, or almost all of my super back. It makes no sense! I get that the Shards were too strong in some game modes (Mayhem in particular) but the changes that were made to the super and the Shards make them so there is way too much uncertainty on how they work. And when they do work, more times than not, they are incredibly weak.

Edited by Tk: 3/15/2019 6:13:04 PMThe biggest thing ive noticed since the nerf is that using bb on bosses is very consistent with 50-75% super regen. Killing ads is pretty much a 25% guaranteed. For crucible, save it for shutting down supers. From my experience thats most consistent way to go for bb super regen.
