When thorn first released, it was terrible. Reloading took like 8 years. Then it got buffed around house of wolves (I don’t remember exactly when) and it became an actual terror. It basically did the damage of D2 thorn if the perk was always procced. It also had send it, which let you map people from miles away. After a while it got nerfed, I don’t exactly remember when. But it was no longer a 2 tap, I don’t think the poison lasted quite as long. I think that D2 thorn is a little better than the final iteration of thorn in destiny 1, but nowhere near how good it was after the buff.
