Hi there. For the Crimson Says quest, we're currently investigating this issue.
As for the Festival of the Lost milestone, can you get the Master Rahool mask out of your Collections and play a few Crucible matches with it on?

i did the mask thing, that worked. but still got Crimzon Days. Also... I cannot pickup the Allegiance Quest on my other two characters. Could this glitch be causing this?

No, Crimson Days is a UI issue only. We're currently investigating that. It doesn't affect any part of the game. Have your other characters gone through the introductory quest of playing Gambit Prime, getting a synthesizer, then playing The Reckoning?
