Pop-Up Warning for trying to dismantle highest power gear.
Power levels are what this game is all about, why hasn't there been code implemented to stop people from destroying their highest power gear yet? Simply check if its the highest in the category and if it is, stop the dismantle process and show warning. A warning like the (useless what its used for) banner that pops up whenever you level your ranking up in Gambit / Crucible.
