I just spent three and a half hours doing The Shattered Throne solo, and my relief upon finishing it has turned to frustration as the emblem did not drop. Looking at my triumphs, I unlocked the Douse The Forge triumph, but the one for soloing the dungeon remains locked, and doesn't show as complete. I had my fireteam on closed the whole time so that there was no chance of anyone getting in on my session, and I don't get the time to do something like this often.
