I call BS on your signal ban
You need to let me play ,I’m 65 yrs of age I do not use aim bot or Coronas apps ,or a lag switch .i do not cheat I have a 1 gig upload and 1 gig download ,that being said ,you game placed me with random players in witch some I have notice use one or two of this type of game play .point being it’s not me or my enter net that’s the cause .I have taken a picture of your notice ,,,,this has to stop all these years sense Destiny and you pull this crap .I need proof because I have mine ,,,,I will sue you this type of behavior.

If you think you can sue for them restricting your pvp access, feel free to read your LSLA and have a go at them because if you can find a lawyer to take the case Bungie's lawyers will eat them for breakfast with the terms you agreed to and the data they have on your connection that caused the restriction. So yourself a favor, read the network guides, run a hardline and fix your connection instead of thinking your threats are going to change anything.

Within there, you agree to follow bungies terms of the game, which gives them full control to restrict or ban players. You don’t purchase video games. You purchase a license to be able to access the game on the developers terms, which were violated. You have absolutely zero standing to file any lawsuit.
