Ok so look. I’ve always been curious about this - are the other “Safe heavens” (aka “Last City”s) on Earth? From my understanding there have been settlements with people living in them outside of the city - so, in other areas of the world - could there be another “Last City”? From my understanding we are somewhere around Russia - seeing how D1 Cosmodrome was in “Old Russia”. Who’s to say there aren’t safe areas in places like China, Japan, Korea, Australia, America, Mexico, Canada, Greenland, Iceland, Africa, etc.? It would make sense that the last “safe” city is where the Traveler is - but then we see the Red War and well, we saw how safe the City was. Theories : So first of all when it comes to landscape of where other safe areas would be, I don’t know much about many other countries than United States of America. Florida would be ruled out of having a safe area due to the decay that would have taken place. The decay might have been slowed down since most decay was at fault of humans, but it’ll still happen so it’s not too safe now seeing it’s mostly ocean. Washington D.C. might be a good place for a safe area - large building (the White House) as their home base (like we have the Tower) with large city areas around it.
