The Survival Guide Bug

So I’ve been to every location and gotten every tape but... on one of them I teleported as the drifter was speaking and it didn’t count towards the progress and now it’s bugged. Any tips?

Hey there. What do you mean that's it bugged? If you delete the quest then reacquire it from The Drifter, do you still have this issue?
