Crown of Tempests not proccing?
Ever since the last patch, I've noticed that the exotic Crown of Tempests' "conductive tines" ability does not proc consistently with melee OR grenade kills in arc spec- usually it doesn't even proc at all with melee. Was this a change? Or am I seeing a bug?

3 RepliesHi there, Thank you for your report! Can you provide a video of this issue happening? Do you notice if this only happens in certain situations, such as only in Crucible, Gambit, or general PvE?
