If you trying to get Service Resolver, Please Read
I have just found out, that unless you got Service Revolver in Year 1, it will not be in Loot Pool until you completed the Triumph to unlock it!
I wasted over 700 Vanguard a Tokens trying to get one, so for yous trying, if you didn’t get it in Y1, don’t try until you unlock it!
I wish Bungie would advise people on this first as that is 700 Tokens absolutely wasted!!
EDIT: If anyone could confirm this is the case, or not - please do?

I had it in year one and had two drop randomly. My mate did the same as you wasted a load of tokens and didn't get one and he didn't get it in year one.

its pretty obvious that you have to do the triumph first. after that i think your best bet is doing daily vanguard strike bounties and weekly. tokens are a hassle but if you use boons its not that bad.

3 RepliesOof. As others have told you, reading patch notes in advance generally helps with those kinds of issues. Just to share, I managed to get this on my first turn in after it was added: Fastdraw HCS/Hitmark HCS, Richochet Rounds/Light Mag, Rangefinder and Zen Moment with a Handling masterwork i've maxed out and a targeting adjuster mod. It's like I'm back in D1 Y1!

8 RepliesI thought this was a known fact. Anyway, yes, if you didn't get the SR back in the previous season, you'll need to complete 40 strikes this season to be able to buy it from Zavala and it'll be included in your loot pool henceforth. If you got it in the previous season, like me, it can drop from your lootpool anytime without even doing the 40 strikes. I got 2 already, one from Zavala and one from Hawthorne.

4 RepliesThis is all bs, I had the original. No drops, ran 40 strikes and completed the triumph, no drops. Ran 60 more strikes, no drops. I think that service revolver is not in the loot pool. For me at least. This is bullshit.
