2 RepliesHey there. You still have a Weak Synthesizer. This will only unlock Tier 1. You must have a Middling Synthesizer to create a Tier 2 mote.

3 RepliesAre you not able to select Tier 2 when you select the Reckoning? You should be able to click on the Icon where it says Tier 1 and select Tier 2.
