One of the things that should be dealt with is a way to directly talk to somebody from Bungie. If they have an online store, waiting for feedback from a complete stranger doesn’t help in the slightest. There needs to be a support number to call. For example, I tried purchasing the The Last Word and shirt bundle. To no avail, I tried getting my code and it seemed to have refreshed itself and I never got to see my code again after that. If somebody from Bungie reads this, I still want to purchase that bundle. I have bought every bundle with the weapon replicas to date. Please get back to me on this. Talking to strangers doesn’t always fix your problems because the problems one might have don’t pertain to a forum discussion.
