Credit Ban: This Game is A Joke
I am going to say this as calm as I can. This community and this game is a complete joke. I worked my ass off for 2 weeks straight to get the armor and amount of credits that I had. I only did the challenge glitch a few times and it was far before it was adressed that there was going to be bans. Pulling my cord out after getting a challenge is 100% legal. It's my cord, my xbox, my game. Now is it our fault that after making 3 multi million dollar games. They can't fix a simple glitch like this? The reason I felt the need to do this is because I didn't feel like sitting in firefight and farming credits all day long just to get some armor that I could stomach (most of the armors are ugly). And the cR distribution is terrible. You can get 700 credits after playing a 15 minute game going 20-4. And you can get 1,500 credits from playing against a bunch of grunts? As you can see I have a good K/D and I'm extremely good at this game. I just wanted to make my character look good. Bungie. Just to let you know banning kids without warning for something YOU GUYS didn't fix in the game is just pushing more people towards Call of Duty. Blocking the ranks half way just to keep the game new? You guys are such a joke that I wouldn't doubt it if you relased the new ranks the day Black Ops came out just to try and keep people playing a 15 times better game. I've talked to about 15 friends already who have been banned and they are all taking their games back. It's one thing to lock us for a few days. But to reset even the credits we worked hard for is crossing the line. I hope you guys are happy. My disc will be collecting dust at gamestop as I play Black Ops :). Peace.

That's the thing. Developers ARE starting to regulate it. Look at Starcraft 2. They just banned around 5k cheaters. It's THEIR game, and they can decide what to do against cheating. In this particular game however, unlike games like COD and TeamFortress, and CS and Gears and so on and so-forthedy-forth, no developer enforces punishment's against cheating. We're not used to it so people are unsure how to react. However the reaction we're getting is PMG0rz you suckzz0rz big blah blah blah". It's sad. But Bungie's stepping it up with good cause. I knew there was something fishy with the challenge glitch that a bunch of morons were posting on Youtube about how to obtain a bunch of credits from doing this.

Ok noobie..let me lay it down for you...it is against xbox live rules to use glitches or any other non conventional means to get any kind of advantage over other players....so yea read the agreement next time you idiot... Cheaters,Betrayers and quitters should be made to play with their own kind

Look i know how bad it must suck to lose all your armor and believe me i would probaly be really pissed off at bungie if my credits and stuff got reset also but i listen. Bungie isnt going to give you back your armor, and people on the fourms arent going to care unless there credits also get reset.
