My internet isn't always the greatest and so I occasionally lag out out, and get kicked from matches entirely. This is especially problematic when I try to do such activities such as comp or gambit . With competitive it makes sense that someone gets banned for leaving matches even if it isn't entirely their fault, somebody leaving often decides the match in that situation. Another issue is the way the report system seems to work, especially in places where the stakes aren't as high as competitive. For example I was reported for "teleporting" (lagging) by a player wielding a NF while in quick play. Why did he need to report me? The fact that I kept on running in place or emptying my special ammo on someone only to see myself dead ten seconds later? I don't understand why bad connection/quitting are options for reporting someone in quick-play when usually the only "real" PvP mode they can experience. Also they way bans are reviewed (from what I know) doesn't seems to make sense. I have no way of deliberating or explaining myself except for the almost never read forums used for "player feedback" where most requests seem to go unheard. I like playing Destiny and I enjoy the content the Devs produce, but some systems still need some work. For example after receiving my ban from all of crucible for two weeks I tried to access gambit which I am also banned from (?) except reckoning. Why am I banned from one game mode where I haven't done any major wrongs because of something I "did" in another game mode? Now not only cannot go to gambit prime the main focus of this entire season pass DLC I can't go to competitive either which will leave me stuck at the bottom far after everyone else I beyond me in points. Now I am banned from a huge chunk of content I paid for all because on player who already had all the things they wanted, decided that I "ruined" their game experience in a game mode that is supposed to be a no-stakes place open for everyone. I just don't understand why and how one player can screw over anther playing making them miss huge amounts of content all because of a very minor issue and not having the right to defend myself. I some one could let the Devs know about this that would be greatly appreciated. What happens in crucible should stay in crucible and not bleed into gambit.

2 RepliesDude just quit playing. That's what I did. They restricted me too. These bans are -blam!- and has caused me to quit playing altogether. Thanks bungie. You got what you wanted. I'm done

7 RepliesParagraphs. Gambit has a pvp aspect. They have changed it so a restriction in crucible will carry over to Gambit. If you are having internet issues I would stay out of both modes until you get your connection sorted out. Continuing to play with a sub par connection once your restriction is listed could lead to another, longer restriction, and/or an acct ban.
