Either it needs to be nerfed more, or Foetracer needs a big buff. Otherwise, OEM is STILL just a waaaayyyy better version of Foetracer. I played some Rumble today (PS4) and every Titan I encountered had full health, boosted damage and an overshield from the previous fight. As if that's not enough of an advantage, when I shoot them with even one single bullet, they get 8 seconds of tracking on me.
I appreciate that Bungie is trying to use nerfs like a scalpel, and not like a club, but these "nerfs" hardly did anything. To me, OEM still seems like a no-brainer for Titans. Why use anything else?
Here's an easy fix: Get rid of the overshield. 8-second tracking plus health regen and slightly boosted damage is already way more than most exotics do.

Funny how seven months later, this post is still true.

16 RepliesSo Nerf an exotic where the primary benefit is gone from 1 point of damage... Foetracer doesn't require you to be hit to activate (though it could still use a buff). Why don't we just stop nerfing shit? We don't need to turn this into Overwatch or D1. You have summoned me.

1 ReplyUm no... I did always agree that it was OP before the nerf but its perfect now. You still have to get the kill to get the shield and health while with the foetracer you only have to damage them enough.

1 ReplyFoetracer is fine and the new gauntlets hunters got can almost one shot a SUPER. Spectral blades and blade barrage still run rampant as well. Complain all you want about oem but hunters still have more tools in their arsenal for success than warlocks and titans combined.

I very rarely play Hunter in crucible. I was playing last week using Foe Tracer and it was good. Granted it wasn’t rumble but the tracking gave me enough time to act aggressively on that player.

8 RepliesIts fine. Titans have to disengage and choose that battles wisely now. Foetracer is stronger in a gunfight because when a titan is starting to lose foetracer will execute them. OEM is still very strong just not op big difference.

3 RepliesDamage buff is 5%. Just putting that out there.

Titan main here, never used OEM in crucible, bur i understand your frustration. I would suggest cutting the tracking down to 5 seconds (maybe even 3.5) and removing the increased damage all together. With most meta weapons having a ttk lower than 1 second, you shouldn't have a problem proccing the park. That is IF THEY HAVE TO NERF IT AGAIN. Just my balance ideas
