Stay out of my Crucible."[/quote] It’s until we get to the final line that we realize that this person is actually Shaxx (because who else will call the Crucible [i]their[/i] Crucible?) If this really is Shaxx, then this means that Shaxx was a Warlord at one point in his past. And also explains why he would give himself the title of “Lord”. Then this might also bring up yet another retcon by Bungie because it’s also suggesting that he joined the Iron Lords, yet he was never have said to have been an Iron Lord previously and only just a former apprentice to Saladin alongside Zavala. TL;DR: Shaxx was once a Warlord. Yet another possible retcon or instance of Bungie ignoring previously established Lore Edit: added a correction in the last part.
