After opening a sleeper node, and it showing I have now done 3/40 and 1/15 for "Nodes And Protocols" quest, I am not able to make another Override frequency. I have 24 resonate stems on standby and have gone to back to the node and it says incorrect. System thinks I still have a frequency because it tells me I cannot make more because only one can be created at a time. Looking for a fix and this is the second post I've put up just looking for a response.
