Hell no. Let this shit die. I'd rather have bungie focus all their effort on PvE content. They can outsource the PvP stuff to some other 3rd-party dev.

Bitch please. Destiny has always been a collection game first and foremost and that's what it'll always be. I'll continue to voice my opinion against the PvP because I honestly believe it's the most unbalanced shit I've ever played and the series could do better without it.

Anthem has proven that you don't buy into the hype. Borderlands and Warframe are two examples of looter-shooters doing damn well without heavy PVP investment.

Destiny's pve experience is already pretty good so we wouldn't have that issue. Literally nothing would change if Bungie just shut crucible off today.

The only thing Anthem has proven is that Bioware never bothered to learn from Destiny's mistakes; 6 years of development time and it makes the same errors that D1 and D2 made and then some.

Imagine if those hundreds of thousands of players had a better game to play. You could argue that most of them play on console and D2 is sadly the best game they have. IMO, I would sooner find enjoyment streaming my suicide than playing Destiny 2 PvP all day, but that's me. I guess it doesn't take a lot to entertain today's gamer.

I've seen many people saying Anthem has helped them appreciate D2 more. Recently, I went back to Overwatch, which helped me appreciate D2's PvP more. And with BO4, Apex, Overwatch, PUBG, and others I'm not even thinking of, clearly, PvP players have plenty to choose from. But D2 still maintains a devoted playerbase. IMO, that speaks highly of it.
