Title says it all, with the low, low drops if exotics there should be some means of changing certain perks, re-rolling the whole armour piece or upgrading perks to ‘enhanced’ through mats or even the forge. Its just ridiculous how this isn’t an option anymore when D1 had it for christ sake.
