Bungie support email?
Does bungie have an email i can email to find out why ive got banned in d2?? Havnt even played in 4 days and i got banned out of nowhere without a reason for nothing?..

i grind for hours trying to get cipher decoders and when i finally get one i open a chest for a 750 chest piece wtf is that. i haven’t received a pinnacle drop in forever with a light level at or above my current armor it’s just been set at 1053 for the past couple months. sick and tired of this

Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason.
