You do realize that speed doesn’t necessarily equate to stability, right? What speeds are you getting when tested from your console? Are you on wifi or wired connection?

 •
500kb up
Well there’s your problem. Bungie recommends a MINIMUM of 1Mbps up. You are well below the minimum (even if the actual usage isn’t quite 1Mbps). You were definitely lagging to the enemy players & ruining their experience. If you can’t meet/exceed the minimum requirement, then you should do the smart thing & stay out of pvp.

 • Key word "recommends", not a requirement so why should I be punished for something out of my control. As stated that's the best in my area isn't an issue on any other game and has been fine the past 5 years playing destiny so why now.

 • 1. Because they are now cracking down on sub-par connection more-so than they have before. 2. You are 1/2(ish) the recommended minimum. Just because it isn’t a requirement doesn’t give you the right to play knowing you don’t even really come close to what is recommended.

 • What gives me the right to play is the fact I paid for the game knowing there were no requirements needed to play, to now restrict me because they think I'm affecting other players is complete bollocks.

 • No. You paid for access to the content & to play within the terms of their agreements/policies. You failed to do so by playing on a less than recommended connection. Therefore, Bungie had to take action.

 • Can you direct me to these terms of agreement which state I have to have a certain internet speed to be allowed access to the content I've paid for. And sorry if I'm coming across short with you I'm not intending it that way.

 • All that states is the user is responsible for providing there own internet, no where does it state a minimum speed is required. Also the other information is irrelevant to me as I'm in the uk
