why would you even want full auto on a pulse, such a waste of a perk

Bygones begs to differ, in that class of pulse rifle.

Nope still a garbage perk, full auto is really only good on shotguns and sidearms. Pulses don’t nearly fire fast enough with enough recoil to warrant full auto as a necessary perk, and Bygones is a laser beam, using kill perks is always preferred on guns like those.
