Hi, I bought a t-shirt off the bungie store and I was let know at checkout that I was to be emailed a code to get an emblem “First to the Forge” for free because of my purchase during this season. When I looked at the PDF it was supposed to be in, I was met with the words “Please contact merchant for license” instead of the emblem code. I have my order ticket number and I tried to contact support over email, but they sent me two links. One going here. So here I am. T-shirt in progress, coming to my location, and an empty promise in form of a PDF in an email. Is there anyone that has any advice for me, or can help me?
