I am now having the same issues but it is for the DESTINY 2 EMBLEM: THIRD MARK OF THE COLLECTOR and have sent message to customer service. How long do you have to wait for a reply.

Did you ever get the code? I am having the same issue and I have emailed Bungie about it but I have not heard back from them. If there is a fix can you tell me as this would be much appreciated.

Just as an update: I downloaded on mobile I downloaded on a comp that doesn't have adobe and opened in Microsoft Edge I downloaded on a comp with Adobe Pro Nothing is different same message in the box where the code should be on all versions. Also nothing from bungie store help. Sent an email and submitted a report on the website. Will post if I hear anything from anyone....

I heard that Bungie takes weeks or sometimes months to respond after you email customer services Is this true?
