Wow.. this list really points just how badly D2 sucks when compared to D1, I mean seeing everything in one spot like this... They removed a LOT of good shit and added a TONNE of bad shit.
and #6...
I'm pretty sure the game rigs competitive matches at a certain point, it was the same way with Trials of The Nine as well, me and my clan mates could never get past 3 or 4 wins in a row before being put up against sweats that were FAR above our skill level. I've been stuck going back and forth in comp on stupid Heroic 2 - 3 for the last two or three weeks now. I've noticed that when you are trying to do quests (usually exotic quests) where you have to collect stuff or beat a certain public event, it "mysteriously" becomes harder to find such event or said resource, so I definitely wouldn't put it past them to do the same with something like Luna's Howl and Not Forgotten.
People come up with the BS retort of "Oh, well it's because you're just not good enough to get it", BULL. SHIT. It's because their algorithm is fucking retarded and basically turning it into another type of RNG grind, skill has less to do with it than luck does (by majority rule), and that basically makes it RNG.
It's all good though, after this next reset, if I don't have either of the guns, I never will, and I'll probably be done with the game as well. I'm about done with their bullshit.
