It's not about ability or can't for everyone. I got Redrix legit in S3, I have clanmates and friends who I can team with for the grind, and it's really not about the time or ability. It's that the Glory grind and Comp playlist is a complete shitshow. Matchmaking is completely broken, the tiers are effectively meaningless, it requires you to play 100% meta if you want to advance, and it's still filled with teams doing paid recoveries. Worst of all it can't be changed at this point because bungie painted themselves into a corner and if they make it more enjoyable and by extension easier all the try-hards will cry about their time/effort not being respected. Getting LF/NF is more about your ability to tolerate an intolerable experience than it is about ability at this point.
