Xur should also sell exotic ornaments and exotic weapon catalysts.
every ornaments but there random every week and every catalyst but there also random every week all catalysts except the whisper of the worm one because thats still earn-able but everything else is fair game like the sleeper or the acrius and all exotic ornaments so that means all the last years stuff to... and it should all be sold for shards... so his inventory would look like fated engram,1 weapon,1 hunter armor, 1 titan armor, 1 warlock armor, 4 catalyst, 4 ornaments... and all that is random every week.

Ornaments: yes Catalysts: no This game has a lack of meaningful loot past a certain point, and catalysts provide meaning to certain exotics. Having them be throwaway loot would kill the motivation to play certain activities. That being said, I think that catalysts locked behind old content should be moved forward as time progresses. People who didn't play prestige Leviathan raids didn't get any of the respective catalysts, and now finding a team for that is like pulling teeth. Having them moved forward to different activities wouldn't harm the grind.
