Ice breaker would be dope in PVE and PVP but NLB doesn’t have a place in d2 unless it acted as a primary instead of special. What made NLB great was the ability to actually have ammo for it. Would be pointless to take it into crucible to only have two shots over any other sniper and it’s trash for PVE so no use there Also people would cry for ice breaker ammo regen nerf in crucible which would cripple it in PVE so in the long run both guns would collect dust in the vault
