OEM is not OP, leave it alone
One eyed mask is a good neutral game exotic. The reason why you see it all over the place is because it's the only good exotic a Titan has. Titans don't have Shards or gwisin level exotics. They don't have a one hit kill ability like handheld super Nova. Leave OEM alone and let's buff all the other exotics for every class
Edit: I really think we should voice to bungie that exotic armor needs a buff all around. We should push that out. Bring back OG wormhusk, buff all the silly exotics to actually do something exotic. Stuff like the stag used to be awesome in D1, bring that stuff back to awesome

Edited by michael: 2/5/2019 12:37:21 PMdefinitely not, being able to regen full health and then some immediately after a kill should not be a thing. neither should being able to see someone through walls for like 15 seconds after they shoot you. I’m all for “strong” exotics, but if we just keep buffing everything without remorse then the game will become boring. Most things do need a buff but some are actually just too strong and destroy balance. Titans should have better abilities in their subclass trees without a doubt. But the fact that titans are top-tier in pvp right now just because of the mask is ridiculous. A class/subclass should be good because of its abilities, not one op exotic. You may say that i’m just being a crybaby hunter but I believe the same should apply to them. Shards should have been nerfed instead of blade barrage, and gwisin vest should require 2 kills to be able to get energy back from the heavy attack in my opinion.
