Hello, I thought this happened to me as well but I ended up finding mine. I decided to comment in case anyone else still ends up having this issue, though I know some people end up having actual technical difficulties and end up not getting their item. I'm new to the game but am liking it so much my brother bought me one of those Ghost vinyl figures and I noticed it came with an emblem. [b]Carrhae[/b]. I couldn't find it at first so I came to the sites, seeing that most people wouldn't come back to comment on whether or not their problem was resolved. I'm playing on PS4 and after redeeming the code on the website I closed the game (I was playing at the time) and opened it back up. Made my way to "Collections" to the left of the character menu and then "Flair." While on the "Emblems" screen I then clicked on "General" and there it was on the right side of the screen. When I moused over it, it didn't say [i]acquire[/i] but did say [i]reacquire[/i] so of course I still clicked and suddenly it was available. [i][/I] After that was done I just went back to the character menu and it was available for selection under my emblems. It looks very nice.
