OEM is not OP, leave it alone
One eyed mask is a good neutral game exotic. The reason why you see it all over the place is because it's the only good exotic a Titan has. Titans don't have Shards or gwisin level exotics. They don't have a one hit kill ability like handheld super Nova. Leave OEM alone and let's buff all the other exotics for every class
Edit: I really think we should voice to bungie that exotic armor needs a buff all around. We should push that out. Bring back OG wormhusk, buff all the silly exotics to actually do something exotic. Stuff like the stag used to be awesome in D1, bring that stuff back to awesome

Also, I don't know if you remember but it was not too long ago when the masses were demanding a nerf to something called the Wormhusk crown. It is an exotic that basically starts health regen on dodge for Hunters. The vast majority of non-Hunters claimed it was "OP!" and demanded nerf after nerf. Before that, when this game dropped in 2017, there was an exotic for Hunters called Foetracer. The Warlock and Titan masses, onceagain, cried foul and demanded nerf after nerf because being marked was not fair, and doing extra damage to weak, marked enemies was "OP!". Now here you are, with one exotic that does what both of those do (but better) and you are claiming it is in no way "OP!". Sure...that is why when Luckky and BW do any private matches or rng rumbles they now exclude OEM simply because it is too easy to win a 1v1 with it.
