You can still obtain Pocket Infinity even in year 3!
When Xur appears, you can buy legacy exotic engrams and if you are lucky, you have the chance of getting a Pocket Infinity: A fusion rifle that is known for being OP due to its rapid fire full auto exotic ability.
[spoiler]For me, I didn't know this and actually thought that it was an unobtainable exotic that you could not get anymore in year 2 or 3.[/spoiler]

It’s okay was the first exotic bounty I got back in 2014.

I still got mine. Every once in awhile i go to the old locker and visit her.
