I completed the ascendant challenge twice now and the first time I looted the chest and then went through the portal back before realizing I never got the completion of it, I then ran through it again, the chest opened at the end but wouldn't let me loot it then it disappeared. As of writing this I am still in the challenge and my sword has just expired but it still haven't completed the ascendant challenge bounty. Also I can't get out because the staircase leading up to the portal has disappeared so my only option is to kill myself and redo it which seems pointless since it wouldn't give me it even if I tried that, so please explain why it won't let me complete this challenge.
