Please buff stormtrance resiliance

For a roaming super it has 0 resiliance compared to others. I noticed in mayhem it is useless while other roaming supers are pretty good.

  • It has about 35% resistance I test it against loaded question with inertia override active Against non super guardian does 77 a bolt Against storm did 41 a bolt You are right that it has less resistance Should be 40-45% I think (wear masterwork armor)

  • No resiliance ? Have you try hunter golden gun ? Maybe the stormtrance have a lower resistance than other super. But the golden gun have litterally NO resiliance.

    • Stormtrance ttk is so bad that you get killed by the target before he dies. The Warlock is in a very bad spot in PvP right now. I finally gave up on the last word, since I am not a sweaty crucible player, and doing it with a Warlock is just too painful.

      • Tbh, warlocks need a OHK super back or at least a better/faster shut down than a, floating at a snail's pace-taken out of the sky by three other supers [BUT NOT CHAOS REACH BTW] doom balloon. I know there's hunters who are bummed at the nerfs they got, but I've watched as my warlock has been shottied, Luna-ed, and whistled at while I was entering into or during a super and my dood just gave up. Heck, I duked a dang spectral yesterday with my DB and watched as he flew to me and wrecked me mid-air, with full health and half a shield left. Everything out runs us [aside from our angel powers cause we can actually boots-down run instead of hover]. But I pulled a DB out of the air with a freaking sidearm before he could track me down and the projectile is so slow, my little slow ass warlock, slide into a cover wall before it could impact. I miss so much of what I used to be. No exotics to really put supers into terror territory. It used to be the Crown before ionic blink got nerfed, now trance and crown are the only way you have enough super to really move in and out of consistant damage range. Hell, I just want to be a contender again. If it weren't for the decent gun play and armor builds I've tweaked, I'd be miserable. I do well still in the crucible, but it is very little help from super runs and all about using everything else.....except you rift....you're straight pointless in PVP, most times. [Lol....and no shade titans...I'm glad you have the OEM... They remind me of what my Ophidian Aspects used to be for me...broken and beautiful. RIP my favorite and 1st class I guess.]

            • In mayhem it seems blade barrage and nova bomb are most effective. Storm works decently in quickplay though.

                • I think it's great in mayhem. I always drop rift for the extra arc soul damage during super. Drop a pulse nade on rushers for even more damage.

                    • I wish you the best of luck, the ENTIRE f*cking community has been asking for a blast radius buff to vortex nova bomb since day 1. And you know what we got.... oh the vortex damage now does 23 instead of 10, wow such a huge buff, this will really help as seeing the vortex only last 5 seconds. Whoever does balance for warlocks at Bungie needs to get their shit together.

                        Storm caller actually does have armor, its just not that great. Honestly I feel storm caller needs more damage, I really enjoy playing storm caller but the damage it does is a huge turn off. 3-4 ticks to get a kill is way too much, it should be 2 ticks to get kills on guardians with 7 resilience or less and 3 ticks against 8-9 resilience guardians

                      • It has the same resilience as striker does, around 60%. It's issue is lack of health regen and a reliable and universally available evasive move. It pretty much needs ionic blink to be effective.

                          • Yep so much fun casting stormtrance, then getting one hit by a shotgun because the super takes one hour to kill a guardian, think it's time to roll a titan. I guess weapons trump abilities given by the traveler. 🤣🤣

                          • They should give Stormtrance a heavy attack. Like a powered up version of the melee ability, with really long range. Most roaming supers have multiple attacks they can do. And reduce the energy cost of Ionic Blink.
