Last Word recoil is insane on consoles!
Firing in hip fire still works like it supposed to and that's awesome. But why shooting aiming is so different from PC? The recoil is insane, almost impossible to control, forcing console players to only shoot from hip. There's anyway the weapon be more consistent on consoles like it is on PCs?

No. PC should be changed to match consoles not the other way around. The gun isn't meant to be used ADS. The recoil is justified as the weapon is meant to be hip fired. It's hip fire recoil is essentially non existent. So just hip fire or don't use the gun.
