Listen ladies and gents, I understand that putting unnecessary hours of grinding for a reward is not anyone’s idea of a good time. But this is really NOT THAT BAD. For real.
It took me maybe 4-5 hours TOPS to knock it out.
To those of you saying: “You might as well call it a pinnacle weapon.” Have you even read the requirements to unlock the mountaintop, breakneck, or loaded question?? No. Stop it.
To those complaining about the PvP steps and the backwards progress: “omg PvP quest steps are ruining the game.” You realize you are working towards a PvP weapon? TLW will NEVER be a solid choice for PVE activities lol. It’s not like I was thrilled to run public events or lost sectors or kill a bunch of hive like cmon guys. You all should be THRILLED that there is a weapon easily available to you that competes with Luna without having to even touch competitive. The first step literally only requires you to get defeats. NOT final blows. NO weapon restriction. So sit behind your teammates with a ranged weapon and go positive for a few games. And then get 25 kills either avenging yourself or a teammate. So put on a shotgun and follow your blueberries around? You don’t have to be a great player to pull this off, I pinky promise.
And in summary, the title says it all. Stop whining. In the 30 minutes it took you to get on the forums and complain, you could’ve been one step closer to finishing the quest. Don’t wanna put the work in? You won’t get the reward. That’s just how it goes. Welcome to the world. Thank you all for coming to my ted talk.
