Feedback Request: Snipers
Hey all,
Cozmo and I are currently collecting some feedback on Sniper Rifles. We have been for some time, but we wanted to centralize the source of feedback to an extent.
Do you have feedback on Sniper Rifles? Are there any QOL style improvements that you'd want for this weapon archetype? What currently works well, and what would you want to see changed?
This does not guarantee any specific changes will be made, but we wanted to ensure your thoughts are properly represented when we pass feedback along to the team.
Quick note, Rapid Fire Sniper Rifles will be receiving a buff tomorrow. Currently, Guardians require 3 body shots to be defeated, tomorrow this will be reduced to 2 body shots. With that in mind, are there any other changes you'd like to see?

I love sniper rifles, I always have, I feel like they are in a good spot, however I feel like high impact low rate of fire ones should be able to one shot headshot a super, I also feel like the flinch should just be partially reduced to make it a little bit easier to hit your target. Also possible give 3 bullets on start in the crucible as opposed to be 2 that shotguns get as a form of high risk high reward with the capability of more kills in essence but with he caveat of it taking a little bit more skill.
