Tired of BNGhelp Brushing you Off? Here is the Fix.

A raw bulk of the BNGHelp# does not do actual customer service, they just copy paste pre written responses after barely reading the title of your HELP thread. It is so obvious that it hurts. You can lay out the problem and the steps you took to address your problem and they copy paste a response that instructs you try what you have already attempted. I know that I am not the only one who has seen this. If that is not worse of it, they confirm their position by handing the issue off when they don't have a pre-generated response. This makes them glorified secretaries saying "hold please." In many other games it suggests that the Admins are not paid by the Publisher. They are just fans receiving ingame garbage and free content in exchange for service. They have no ability or authority to resolve your issues like a true Customers support representative. And although other indy and low budget games do rely on forums for their customer service needs it is a bad sign when a company the size of Bungie does not employ a simple ticket system like Blizzards or other major provider. Any way I Promised a Fix. If a BNGHelper ignores you with a copy pasted response that does not resolve your issue then they are not doing their job. Report them as if you would any other forum poster. Make sure to down vote them first. This has been used in countless game industries that use forums for Customer Support and it may send a clear message to both the admins and the Game Devs while removing their messages from your view, until verified. In fact several publishers fired their Web Masters after it became problematic. It is not something they can hide indefinitely. No answer is better than a BS answer that does not resolve an issue. If you want a functioning customer service like professional ticket systems then report BNGHelpers for Soliciting, Phishing, Impersonation as they are not admins when they refuse to do their jobs. Take their broken posts off the forums with every report click, until they do their jobs right. Report Impersonating BNGHelpers. How customer service should be handled
Step one Admin support should be accessible from within the game. That does not mean you dont need a web presence as there will always be those who cannot access the game. The most cost effective method is a ticket system with estimated wait times. Done correctly you can eliminate the data fluffers entirely by applying a simple drop down trouble shooter that ends with, If this does not answer you issue [click here] to create a ticket. BNGHelpers aka Data Fluffers, yes that is actual derogatory terminology used by some in the industry. Usually this referred to unpaid social networkers, but then Bungie is apparently wasting money on what a drop down menu can accomplish, when they could cut their Customer support network in half and they would not have to be underpaid. If the same question repetitively reaches the actual Admins then it is time to update the menu. Common since you would think but hey it gets even better. By creating a ticket system you ensure that customers issues are resolved. Having data fluffers determine whether or not customers issues reach Admins you guarantee that a portion of issues go unresolved, because what is resolved for the fluffer may not be considered resolved by the customer. If the help menu is doing its job, then only serious tickets will be drafted. Thus the money wasted of fluffers can be invested in true Admins customer support. This is not a hard concept to grasp. The better you help menu the less staff you have to maintain to answer customer tickets. Bungie's webmastering of just their info pages is a joke. It is almost like they were done by college dropouts. Even the marketing pages are poorly drafted and it is often illusive what you are getting with each package. This is why I say they need to fire their webmaster as he is not doing a professional job. Once web communication and customer service is correct the devs can focus more on correcting actual bugs resolution and product development and at the same time they eliminate an unnessisary overhead. Money that could go toward sever conduct policing. That's right they can actually work on identifying and blocking the 15 or so easily exploitable cheats in PVP. Literally the current method is treating the symptoms, not the actual causes so they are fighting a losing battle that has no end. Bungie has potential but with this communication wall between the customers and publishers they will never fulfill that potential. These are not difficult concepts, in fact they are logical money savers. holding onto outdated methods will only cause Bungie to hemorrhage more capital that could go back into the game.

Take their broken posts off the forums with every report click,
You do realize, that reporting only removes the post for you, right? Everyone else will still see it and have no clue about your report and seeing as they are ones who review the reports, that is literally like reporting an employee to the employee in question.
In many other games it suggests that the Admins are not paid by the Publisher. They are just fans receiving ingame garbage and free content in exchange for service.
BNGHELP are paid employees
