He doesn't need to point to a specific quest! The title of the post is "Crappy crucible requirements are ruining this game." This clearly means that the quests that involve crucible steps are have bad steps. IDK how else you could interpret that.

Well considering others interpreted it the same as me, it’s easy to see why, because he was not SPECIFIC. He could easily mean crucible requirements in general, simple as that.
