And One-Eye Mask is dumb and broken. Besides that though...
P2P networking is a joke for any serious pvp. It is the one thing that really ruins the potential of pvp in Destiny.
If you want hit detection to be more consistent,
If you want to stop dying to someone you just killed,
If you want to quit getting shit on after turning corners or taking cover,
If you want Bungie to implement skill-based matchmaking,
If you want to actually enjoy pvp in this game:
ASK FOR DEDICATED SERVERS. Quit wasting your time crying about petty shit like the imagined preponderance of clan bounties, or having two weekly milestones behind crucible and gambit. ASK FOR DEDICATED SERVERS. We all paid good money for this game and we deserve networking that gives us stable connections.
Some of you will still be bored because of titans and shotguns, sure, but I feel like outside of One-Eye Mask balance complaints, nothing is really wrong with pvp right now except the horrible P2P networking.
Bungie: You just got $100,000,000 from Netease. You claim you can finally do what you want with Destiny thanks to your divorce from Activision. Put your money where your mouth is and give us dedicated servers. Get the faith of your playerbase back and make your pvp fun and stable again.
Give us dedicated servers.

Look at battlefield, some of the saddest rubber banding I've ever seen Dedicated servers wont fix anything, maybe an attitude adjustment is in order. Like not in an offensive way but if you're sick and tired of being shot gunned to the point where you're physically raging then maybe pvp isnt for you. Might I suggest slime rancher...
