Mistakes.
Everyone makes them.
The only dividing line in the people who make them, are if they are willing to correct them.
I, recently, have made many mistakes.
Pushing those I love, away from me.
I hadn't really cared much, until this point.
I realized that you only live once, and that mistakes will come back to haunt you.
Even now, at the young age I am, my past mistakes are beginning to find me.
I have decided to resolve all of the mistakes I have made, all the ones that I can, at least.
I've started talking to my family again, but I need to fix everything.
I've lied on these forums, about my age, occupation, and marital status.
So, I'll come clean, without giving too much information.
I am 15 years old, turning 16 soon.
I most recently obtained my drivers permit, which was easy to get (bedsides all the damn paperwork).
I don't have a job, seeing as I cannot drive myself to a place to work, and most places around here won't hire me, seeing as I'm not 16 yet.
I'm not married, I do not have children.
I'm sorry for lying, I'm learning from my mistakes.

No job either I'm in college. A part of me know I don't need to work but the other parts of me needs to be social and does need to do or learn something new. I procrastinate heavy... Real heavy. The past year almost haa been super depressing because of the things I'm.not doing and I keep going back and seimking in the same pain. It hurts but the truth set you free. You see that for yourself as you continue what you do.

Your doing good... I'm 19 and I don't have my driver's licence. Soon I need to do that and practice driving... We do make mistakes. Fixing this isn't easy tho at least for me it hasn't but moving forward I will be improving and adding onto and learning new things.

It's impossible to not ever correct mistakes. We may not act but we get something out of it. 100 1000 100000000000000 You will get it and you will act on it when you began to notice.

Mans is the same age as me but somehow acts more mature... Well, it dun’t really matter if you lie on the internet mang. Doesn’t really change my perception of you either. But yea, sometimes mistakes can come back to bite you, sometimes they don’t.

They meant and still mean the world to me but i made the mistake of taking it for granted and i lost someone i love. Its almost impossible to stop making mistakes because you rarely see them, and hindsights the bitch that makes it come back to bite you. It’s more just learning not to take the same actions that caused that mistake. Anyway thats just my advice, you’re 16 dude, life gets shitter and better the older you get so you can afford to make mistakes now. But thats just my 2 cents, hope every thing is looking a bit better for you mate. 👍 [spoiler]Also, about the job, they’re overrated at your age, just focus on school man and ace that shit, you’ll be doing better than the people earning $20 a week at Maccas.[/spoiler]

1 ReplyGood on you for coming clean, I personally wasn’t bothered about all that anyways, actually I didn’t even notice. Everyone makes mistakes, learn from them and you’ll be fine. Take it from someone who’s still feeling the effects of their mistakes a few months ago.
